It’s strange not talking to a person

Good location and it’s the size it’s supposed to be just weird not booking with a person. The app work to open the gate on the way in but does on the way out

have problems with wi fi access and the keypad which needed to be repaired.

wifi access is intermittent. Have to buy their lock which is not clear from website ad

This is the first time I’ve used this facility. We needed a unit fast and this place came through. I was able to order it all online, arrive and do all I needed to without the nit and gritty of speaking to someone directly to fill out continuous amounts of paperwork.

Alexus was wonderful in handling my first experience with you guys. She went above and beyond all my expectations. She made sure she explained how the process worked, billing, what to expect after my first month. She even walked me to my unit in a heat wave to make sure I was satisfied with the space. She definitely deserves recognition for customer service. I will be referring business to your Southampton location because of her.

Your manager at the Southampton...

Your manager at the Southampton location couldn't have been my helpful in assisting me. The only problem I have is the location of the new gate keypad. You now have to exit your car to punch in the gate code. It's not user friendly.

Amanda made renting my unit seamless! She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, when it came to finding the right size unit. Unit was clean and ready for move in!

No frills storage space that raises there rent when they feel like it, i was with them for less than 6 months befire they raised my rent. Cant wait to see what the next increase looks like.
