Moved in with no fuss

Was able to move in quick, great price, lock provided. Unit itself was a bit dirty but overall a good experience.

Great customer service, clean units and convenient location.

Customer service was great. And receiving a complimentary lock was a bonus. We had a problem on move-in day - the lock function on the overhead door was broken. The door was unlocked when we left to get another load. However, the lock was fixed when we returned. Concerns: I was quoted $69 for the unit, but paid $99. Directional signs would be convenient to know what row of buildings the rented unit was located. Plus, the numbers on the unit doors should be larger for easier identification. But overall, we were pleased with our experience.

Price was right. Unit left a lot to be desired in the area of cleanliness. Had some issues getting into the area of the storage unit, however the personnel there were very helpful despite the multiple times it took.

I got a better deal than I thought on move in day. The actual rental rate was less than I thought. I was renting elsewhere but found I could get twice the space for the same price I was paying at the other company. Nice people. Simple rules.

It's been four days now and the lot has still yet to be plowed. I've been shopping for a week or so and decided to utilize F.J. Dreams units, then the snow hit. I inquired about the unaccessable lot on thursday afternoon and was told the plow was on the way and while disscusing the issue with the site mgr. one of the salesmen seated behind her actually snappped at me about my concern. I ignored him and came back on saturday the plow still had not come, i went inside and experssed my concern and told the site mgr. that it was not making the best impression on me as a new coustomer and to my supprise the same guy snapped at me agian! He wasn't even part of the conversation, but yet he still offered up his opinion in a very rude fasion. I was willing to be flexable about the snow and understand breakdowns happen, but the gentleman that had to voice his opinion was the preverable "nail in the coffin". He cost F.J. Dreams a new lease, I will be taking my business elswhere.

I cant believe I forgot the girls name but she is Wonderful,.......saved me and then some, talk about down to earth and business since WOW,.. Haven't met someone or a place like this in forever,....if you have a problem here then the problem may very well be your own problem,... seriously,......................Raymond Faircloth.PS CHEAPIST AND BEST PACE ANYWHERE CLOSE TO JUST ABOUT ANYWHERE, trust me, I've checked them ALL out and they are at LEAST half as much as the rest with WAY better service on top of that!

GREAT VALUE

Tammy was wonderful to work with, answered all our questions and made us feel like she really cared about us and our needs instead of just another account. Facility is very clean and user friendly. We have 3 units and are still 60 a month less then where we were. We are quite happy so far and don't expect to be anything else but happy.

Everything was great. I had a little trouble opening the door of the unit, it stuck and I cut my hand just a little, trying to push the latch over.
