    It was a seamless move in.

    The storage facility was easy to find. The unit was what I expected. The woman who runs the place was nice and easy to work with. Everything was done online and remotely which was great.

    One customer service agent is extremely nice and accommodating, the other extremely rigid and providing different guidance. Overall satisfied with the move in. All to be seen at the move-out :)

    Secure Storage

    Very happy with the entire experience. Searched units closer to me but I wanted climate control & there was only one closer with very poor reviews,so I decided it was worth the 35 min drive. Made a good decision, the facility is securely protected by a fence with a code-specific keypad entrance. The unit was clean.The employee was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall great experience!

    The price and cleanliness is exceptional.

    It was very easy to use Sparefoot to book this. I got reminders on my phone and everything was ready as promised when I arrived to move in. Customer service was thorough and price was great along with the storage facility.

    I like that the facility is a 24 hour facility. I had to move from Colorado back to PA so I had a family member get the unit but it all went smoothly.

    Over tired

    Getting the unit was great. When I started to move my stuff in i opened my unit door and found wood pallets in the unit and the floor was not cleaned. Was told to leave them outside the unit door. Two days later they are still there.
