    Great online service it was a very convenience help

    I definetely recommend the East Penn self storage located in 3176 PA-100, Orefield, PA 18069. It is new, spacious, comfortable and it's located in a very convenience area with a nice view. Thank you also for the great service and attention of the bilingual lady in the allentown east penn office she was special, valuable and a multitask employee.

    Easy rental process

    Reserving for this facility and going in to pay and get setup was quick and easy! I only wish there was an exit out of facility to go northbound on 309!

    Amazing!

    This place was great. I needed a place while I am between apartments ans this place was the answer. Staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. Storage untit was clean and easy to access. I would definitely recommend to others.

    The woman at the counter is a definite asset

    Very good experience, recommend. I would suggest a clearer statement on the web that the facility is accessible when the office is closed. Everything else was excellent.

    Unexpected Move

    Recently my personal life suffered "unexpected changes" causing a "unexpected move". Having recently rented out my own home I quickly needed somewhere to store my belongings. I also needed a close location to where I'd be staying until I find a place to live bcuz I don't drive. East Penn was the answer & they had an available spot for me. The customer service was fantastic & very comforting to meЁЯШК! I do feel the prices are astronomical & totally way to high for my budget as I have not worked for a year & a half!!! Hence, I am not planning on staying bcuz of the monthly cost & hope to only use your services for a couple if months. Your Facility is very clean & well lit which is a good feeling to me. I'd like to thank your office ladies as they really made me feel a bit better during this difficult time in my life. Thank you very much. I'd consider staying longer if your prices weren't so costly & so expensive!!
