I arrived within minutes of opening, and they had my paperwork ready to go. There was no wasted time, yet I didn't feel they were rushing. The atmosphere was very friendly and professional.

Rose was absolutely wonderful from the moment I stepped into East Penn's Breinigsville/ Fogelsville facility. While taking a look at the unit I would ultimately be taking, she was very patient with me as I inspected every inch of the locker itself. The paperwork was simple and Rose was very thorough. Thank you for the pleasant experience!

nno one told me that i had to give 15 days notice to move my stuff out

I wasn't told that I had to give 15 days written notice that I wanted to move my stuff out. I wanted to move my stuff out tomorrow but not now since the 15 days would take me pass my due date for the next months rent. I am not going to move my stuf out until the last day in Jul;y. Thank You

Good location; superclean and friendly helpful staff.

Needed a place to store my household items for one year. Big plus here is the climate controlled storage units which I opted for. The 10x15 was plenty big for a one bedroom home. Staff was very friendly. I believe the prices are a bit high for the area. Other than that I highly recommend this place.

Not good in begining

When we arrived with our rented truck we found that the storage unit had a lock on it. Since it was Sunday no one was around to let us in. I called the first number on the office door and no one answered. I finally got an answer on the second phone number. He said it would take 1'2 hour for someone to come and open the un it. He said we could take a hammer and break the lock. We did that and finally got to unload the truck into the unit. I was not pleased.

we used storage for our daughters stuff from college, it is close to her school and everything went well saved us from bringing all her stuff home
