Carla was very friendly very and knowledgeable about what possible deals she could and worked well with me when I was in a hurry also. I do feel like they were a pushy when it came to making my next payment when I had just moved my stuff in two weeks ago, making a full payment, and they calling asking if I was planning on staying another month when I have til the 6th to make a payment. That was the only negative that I have encountered. It just happened be a BIG negative factor cuz I felt that it very inappropriate.:-)

This place has the best custome service out of any storage facility ive used. They give you a free truck rental.with a new unit theyre awesome and I definitely would recommend to everyone looking for one in the Gresham area.

Just what I needed

I had to move 2 units from another place just after paying rent. I got one unit here one week and the other the next. the use of the moving truck was very helpfull.

sweet, funny & professional woman helped us and made every thing go quick.

Gina was great and very helpful. Both times when I arrived she was out working in the facility whether that Be maintaining the plants out front or cleaning up the leaves in the facility. The units were all very clean and I felt like this was a very safe and secure place to store my belongings
