    Cons: They raise your prices frequently. After my first year they increased the price by %20 & by % 50 the following year. Also, this is located in a disgusting area under a bridge where the homeless congregate & frewuently block the streets with their trash. Insurance & a specific type of lock required. One person in the office, so get ready to wait if filling out paperwork. Pros: Interior is clean & backgroundmusic.

    Exceeded expectations

    I can see why you must initial the contract that you won’t sleep overnight in your unit. Climate control, cleanliness and monthly rent would make it very attractive for someone.

    Very helpful.

    I called and reserved a unit for my son. I live out of town. They were helpful and it was set up fast. Good service. My son is happy and I am too, he now has a place to store his stuff while finds a new apartment. Getting in was easy and everything was clean. I am glad I picked this one to call. The location is great in downtown Portland with easy access to the unit. Thanks Rose City Storage! Keep up the good work! I will tell my friends to call you first and I will use you again if I need to.
