Easy process, friendly staff.

The entire process was easy and I had my keys within 10 minutes of showing up. The front desk agent was also really sweet and showed me everything I needed to know.

Great Storage Facility

The sign up process was quick and painless. The onsite manager is very helpful and efficient. The space was clean and well lit. Overall, and awesome experience.

Security great, elevators not

The once it right if you don’t need night access. But if you are loading or unloading at the same time of other people, the single elevator with the security features will drive you crazy. I waited for 20 minutes as other customers went up and down, to wrong floors and back. It wasted a lot of my time. But, the carts are plentiful, the floors are clean and well lit.

They make it easy

This storage space is located a short distance for home, is clean, climate controlled and is very reasonably priced. Staff was friendly & very helpful, just what we needed.

It's a very nice and affordable place with an easy setup. It does kinda make it tough with only one elevator though

Efficient and secure

Been using this facility on and off for three years and the service has been excellent--very consistent. The GM is very professional and efficient!

Well structured, easy to access.

Well lit, well ventilated. Very professional staff, very communicate. The storage is accessed via freight elevator, and the hallways are built on the same scale. They offer dollies and flat bed carts to move items from your vehicle into your storage unit, and have a full sized van, heavily discounted for move-in and very reasonably priced the rest of the time.

Needed a good storage unit very quickly

I had very little time to find a storage unit, and not a lot of money to spend. I found Cental Self Storage to be close, secure, clean, and reasonably priced. The paperwork wasn't filled out until a quick tour of the facility by the onsite manager. Looked at the unit, chose what I wanted, and sat down to move in. Great amenities, bathrooms on site, on site parking, ability to rent a van to use at reasonable prices. Very glad to have found this facility and happy to move in!

On-point customer service, super clean secure - great facility

Even call center customer service was savvy and helpful. Site manager, Dustin, was fantastic. They helped me sort out moving in after office hours were closed - a huge relief after a 12 hour drive. A seamless experience. I am shocked and APPLAUDING.

Awesome staff was super cool ended up needing a larger space and the guy that helped me hooked me up with the best price I was expecting to pay more.. , very clean, good hours, bathroom, WiFi.

I’ve only just moved in a week ago so this is not a long term review but what I can say is that the move in process was smooth and easy, the manager Dustin provided great customer service, and the facility seems well maintained (secure, clean, etc).

The customer service I received here was some of the best I've ever had. Made a really stressful move so much easier.
