Everything perfect except the loading dock. It is too tilted. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s almost impossible to keep the cart study while loading items on it. makes it very inconvenient.

Reserved my unit over the phone contact free and the lady on the phone was very helpful and stayed on the phone helped me with directions to me unit and everything super helpful!

Pretty great place for summer storage

Place is nice to store stuff in. Elevator is right next to loading gate for the building. They have LOTS of security cameras, although not sure how long they keep the recordings. You must either bring your own lock or buy one from their small selection.

Great service! Be aware of surrounding area!

storage unit is super nice and clean!! customer service is amazing! only problem is the surrounding area. When i was unloading my stuff from my car, a few homeless people were attempting to steal peoples belongings that were in trailers covered by a tarp. As well as a few homeless men, wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t stop asking me if they could help me and if they could come inside with me. Would not recommend coming here at night! Overall really great experience:)

They held a unit on both upper and lower floors for me to view.

I need it nearby immediate storage and found them online. When I called the person helping was very courteous and listened to my needs and offered his best opinion. I was BLOWN AWAY with not only the cleanliness, climate-control, and the security they offered, but also the spacing! Easy access from dock and elevators was a PLUS especially with my physical disabilities! They even offer 20% off packing supplies (not including locks). Insurance is roughly 14-17/mo. I'm even considering moving my items from another storage facility to here.

The unit was reserved online and was simple, followed by a phone call from the facility. I moved from a facility 250 miles away. When the moving service got it all loaded from 2 different facilities, it was determined that the unit that I had reserved was not large enough. The new facility accommodated my need for more space with additional space across from the unit I had reserved making it very convenient.
