Clean, easy, and quick facility.

Despite a small technical issue...

I initially reserved my unit online, and then followed up by calling the facility and completing the rental process with Brandon at the location of my choice. We were met with a technical issue that stalled the process due to my cc payment not registering, but after being reassured that the $ would be available in my account by the next day, all was good. I arrived to pay for the unit in person the very next day, where I encountered Brandon in person and he was just as helpful then as he had been the day previous. Great customer service and prompt problem solving of staff on duty.

Move In was easy

Rented a climate controlled unit and even though it was very hot outside, the temperature was fine in my unit. The staff was easy to work with and the unit is easy to access.
