    Great Customer Service

    Reserving a storage unit online was easy and I received a quick callback from the manager to confirm. First impressions are that its a decent storage facility with great customer service. Prices are reasonable and I am very satisfied with my storage unit.

    very positive experience

    very efficient sign up for unit. Grounds, office and unit were clean and easily accessible with a 26 foot uhaul truck, The location is gated and on beautifully kept grounds with a pond.

    Nice storage facility!!

    Linda the contact person at Route 20 in Fremont is awesome! Great people person.She goes out of her way to make sure you are happy and very thorough with explaining everything to you. Made it an easy nice experience!

    Great new well lit facility

    New facility across route 20 from the Heinz plant. It was a pleasure dealing with Linda. Facility was well lit and has video surveillance for security. 24 hour access is a plus as well.
