The sales rep was wonderful and very jovial. She made it so easy to get my reservation paid for and helped explain all the legal jargon to me. I have to say it was actually a fun process. When you see staff that is friendly and it shows they care about their job; it makes you feel welcome as a customer.

The Public Storage Building on Sawmill road is the cleanest storage building that I've rented from. The building manager Stacey is very helpful and friendly. She will help you in all of your storage needs. Thank you Stacey.

So far great experience. Kee was awesome. Will be moving stuff in on the 26th. Anticipating no problems which is one less thing I have to worry about in this move.

This is my first storage unit rental...

This is my first storage unit rental and the experience has been exceptionally pleasant. Stacy was wonderful and so helpful. The family is clean, well lit and easily accessible. The fee is very reasonable.

Great Manager

Stacey, the manager was so helpful and friendly. She changed our reservation from the storage unit that we had reserved online and weren't totally happy with. She didn't hesitate to find us an equivalent sized unit and walked us through all of the paperwork. She was wonderful and I appreciated her immediate help in getting us what we really needed. The storage space and facility are very clean as well.

What a pleasurable experience!! Stacy at property #26534 walked me through renting a unit from Hello to locking up my unit! She was knowledgeable, professional,friendly and fun!! I have rented from Public in other states and have never walked out expressing pleasure. I will definitely recommend this property.
