Excellent Facility and service!

Excellent customer service. The facility is also a U-Haul drop off, so was able to unload the truck and leave it there. You need to have a special lock for your unit which they sell there for the same price you would pay at Lowe’s/walmart. They have 2 flat carts you can use to get your stuff from the truck to your unit. That made it so fast to empty the truck and easy to unload into your unit. I miscalculated the unit size I needed and they made it so easy to switch to a larger unit.

Great facility for all your storage needs

Professional staff, easy rates, first class facility (well built structures, clean, secure, water flood/ rodent flood). Vista is the 'Gold Standard' of storage facilities. Definately sets the precedent and pace of the industry in Ohio and elsewhere. I would recommend to anyone that has a good track history with storage facilities. Their quality of service is deserving of a customer whom would appreciate and respect these attributes. Thank you Vista.

Awesome move in!!

Arrived eight minutes after closing hours because of road hazard. They had someone waiting there for me to ensure my move in. Great customer service. Even called for me to arrange the drop off of my U-Haul to there instead of other facility. Happy!!!

Storage unit

I am glad that I have chosen Vista Storage of Green. I feel that my belongings are safe and secure there. I also appreciate the customer service as I feel they go above and beyond. I had a situation with bees directly outside my unit and alerted the office. He came out and handled it promptly. I was greatful as I am severely allergic to bees. Definitely recommended!!!!

I love this place. The employees are great! They went out of their way to help me although they were closed. The facility is clean and secure. I always feel safe there. I'm just happy with experience all around. Highly recommend them!
