Signage needs updated. Key pad needs t be replaced.

Very difficult to contact anyone initially at the facility due to a disconnected number and a phone number that never answered and took no messages. 15 phone calls in two days w/ no answer or ability to leave message. Only success came after directly contacting Spare Foot. The key pad was a pain due to the fact that the # key only worked when it wanted to. The key pad needs to be replaced.

Lied to and poorly managed and manager was snobby

I thought I had to call in not you take it out of my account also was told 1 month free didn’t get that and the price I was quoted is not what was taking out of my bank account
