    Almost great

    Getting the unit was easy, I just did everything online. I received a call and a text to make sure all my questions were answered. Instructions were easy to follow. Unit was clean. There is a fence and gate and cameras for security. The only issue was the gravel. Moving large pieces of furniture from the trailer to the unit was a bit difficult. Other than that it was great!

    As long as the customer service is better than what I had.

    The customer service over the phone was horrible. The lady on the phone was giving us the wrong directions. There was no one on-site that could help us. When asked if she could reach the person, she states that there is number for the property manager. We spent 30 minutes looking for the unit as there was no signage for the area that we needed to go too. This is not good customer service at all.

    Quick, easy and clean

    It was very easy to book my storage unit online without having to go in and do a bunch of paperwork. Everything was ready to go when I got there. Very easy process. Would definitely recommend!
