    Everything went great except 3rd party charges.

    Everything went great except I got charged for a lock i didn't receive by the 3rd party website sparefoot.com you provide you own lock i learned apon arrival at the facility.

    Convenient and close to home.

    We were happy we were able to reserve the unit so quickly, but communication was not the best. We were told to show up between 9am-5pm on the day after we reserved for further instructions. We showed up around 4pm and the office was closed even though the office hours posted showed they were open until 5. After an hour of bring on the phone with an after hours service, we were able to locate our unit and get in. This was a big inconvenience, but we were glad they had the after hours service available.
