Needed a place quickly to store my stuff until I found a new home. Public storage came through. Facility was clean and the one staff person I met was very helpful.

Was happy to see a facility open on Sundays, was perfect location as well. When I arrived I was greeted by Billi, she explained everything and even took the time to show me the unit and make sure I was happy with it. Billi made this rental an easy and fast transaction.

I needed to store some items in very short order and Public Storage at Kinnear was able to get things moving within 20 minutes! It was really great and I got exactly what I needed with all of the kinds of requirements I would expect to have in a secure, safe, and great location storage facility right near my business and home. Taryn at location 24336 was super friendly and made the whole process really quick, easy to understand, and easy. Overall, an exceptional experience. Thank you!

Lisa gets 5 stars. She was extremely helpful in explaining the costs and going over all the details in a quick and efficient manner. but the fact that there's no air conditioner for the office for staff to sit in is disappointing on the part of Public Storage Corp.

Great and prompt service

I spent a long time trying to find a facility with a parking space in Central Ohio. Most places never called me back and never responded to e-mails. One place which their national office told me had spaces - never responded to phone calls or e-mails and never confirmed an appt the national office made for me to visit the location. When I dropped in on my own - they denied they had any spaces....which looking at the site was definitely not true. So with this as my experience to date - I was thrilled when Public Storage had what I wanted, at a good price and took care of everything in just a few minutes. Unlike the competition - they made an effort to get my business and they will keep it. Margie at the office did a great job. We look forward to getting additional spaces when they open up and when they do.....we know they will call us to let us know.
