Even though our unit is in the basement, it seems clean,dry and odor free.

The Cubesmart in downtown Columbus is conveniently located, reasonably priced, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

With pressures from within a toxic environment rising at the start of the new year, I found myself in need of a storage solution that was centrally located and hassle-free. I loved that they had the option for contactless rental and move-in. I entered my info and submitted payment all within 13 minutes and moved in two hours later! Brittany (the general manager) is the greatest and has made significant improvements throughout the property since I moved in a year ago. Got a great deal, 1st month free!!! on 5Ã—5 unit. Frankie the manager was great! More space in the unit than i expected and very clean. I definitely would recommend Cube Smart for your storage needs.

Not climate controlled.

This unit was listed as climate controlled and it is not. Very high humidity and very hot. I paid extra for a climate controlled unit and am pretty dissatisfied. Interactions with the manager are very confrontational and not very customer service focused. When I rented the unit I left work and rushed to get there before they closed. I arrived at 5:50pm and the office closes at 6pm. The manager looked at the clock and asked me if I could come back tomorrow. When I explained the hours are hard for me to make from work she rolled her eyes and rented me the unit. The entire renting process took 5 minutes. Disappointed in the customer service.
