    Not the best communication

    I wish I could share a more positive experience. The online setup was straightforward and convenient. However, I later had questions and was surprised to be charged $20 for a lock that doesn’t feel very secure. It was also challenging to reach someone at the office to address my concerns, and the lock I paid for wasn’t even in the storage unit. The office was supposed to close at 6:00 PM, but I arrived at 3:40 PM and was unable to access my unit. I was incredibly frustrated to have a vehicle full of items but couldn't store them. I hope the process goes more smoothly when I end my lease than it did at the start.

    Best of Both

    Great newer facilities around the area but this one priced right, ease of access, and safer appearance than others.
