Excellent Customer Service

I have relatives who have dealt with the company previously. It is for that reason that I chose to rent space here. So far the staff have been very helpful and accommodating. I look forward to using my space. I did recommend the company to my sister and she also rented a space.

Easy peasy check in

Easy check in. Polite girls working the front desk. Pretty clean. Elevator is kind of scary though. Just seems like it could break down at any point. Super close to home and also the elevator is a plus despite being scary.

First time renting a storage unit.... I had no idea what to expect at first. This facility is the cheapest in Yonkers by about $30/m. When I arrived I was greeted by Marissa and Anahjae. They were both super friendly which really helped me calm down. This move has been really stressful and finally I one phase of it was awesome. Anahjae showed me the unit I would be renting. She also showed me how to use the pin pads at the gate and Elevator. She even gave me tips on how to navigate the floor plan easily. Anahjae explained everything to me with ease and in full detail. She knew the answer to all my questions and even gave great suggestions. When we returned to the office to fill out the paper work I spared Anahjae from my million questions and Marissa was able to answer all my questions fully as well. Im so glad I was able to find a facility with great pricing and great customer service. Because of those two ladies I have no issue recommending this facility to my friends and family.

I came into my unit today and I saw a young lady named Justine sweeping the lot. I told her I didn't know they have the employees clean the lot and she answered nicely saying " We try to keep our property as clean as possible." I like that Public Storage is very clean and provides great customer survive.

the only reason it is not 5 stars because the handtrucks are locked up. I did not realize how inconvenient this could be until I rented space here. I have used othe storage facilities and the handtrucks are not locked and conveniently located for easy use by members.
