    Fantastic move-in experience

    The combination of online reservation and execution of the rental agreement was well supplemented by live help just by calling and asking questions. Super fast and friendly response via email as well. Highly recommend!

    Rocky start!

    I was upset that I could not move in Friday as planned as I did not have the entrance code. I left several messages on Friday. No response. Finally I reached someone (answering service) who gave me the code. I was able to get in the unit on Saturday.

    Additionally, I like the fact that the storage facility has a security gate with a key pad for extra security. It helps to give you peace of mind knowing that your personal belongings are safe.
