    Broken window

    Great service until I picked my car up after storing it in the lot for a month. I picked it up and my back window had been shattered. I Have called several times about being reimbursed for rental fee or $400 repair and have heard nothing. Ended up costing over 500 and a major headache to store my car in the lot for one month. They did not have surveillance available to see when it happened.
