Easy and priced right.

Amanda was fantastic with the check in process. The pull chain on our unit was super short and we couldn’t reach it. By the time we got back she had rigged up a paper clip chain and provided a step ladder! However on the negative side, this should’ve been checked prior to our rental and we had to work in the dark

Love the Wireless gate access

Easy to get in and out, use your phone to open the gate. Only complaint I have is the prices went up $60/month for my 10x30 unit. Convenient location is a plus.

Good enough

The young lady at the counter was lovely to deal with. She made it all very easy. My only complaint is that you must exit your car to open the gate. Other storage places I’ve used have a drive up keypad.

I never have rented a Storage Unit Before, but I have to give Kudo's to Robin. At the beginning of our Rental,,,,I was having a problem with pricing issues and because of Robin, I stayed, She made SURE it was corrected :-) She has went out of her way for Me ever since I started Renting and she is very Personable, Caring, Knowledgeable etc.etc.etc.... tries to make the Best out of ANY situation.....I believe Robin is an Asset to Public Storage because of these Attributes.....Always goes beyond Her Job Duties to offer any help She can give....TY Robin!!!! The staff is wonderful but for a 5x5 i feel $62.00 is alot when I first had a 5 x10 for $65.00. Did not need that much space was hoping to get it under $40.00

The manager was extremely helpful. The prices and move-in incentives were great. My only complaint is the amount of snow and ice build up making it a bit difficult to get through the door leading to my storage room.
