Had a very frustrating time checking into my unit. there was no one at the site multiple times I visited. The call center people were outstanding but overll a bad experience causing me to reschedule my move TWICE.

"Climate controlled " unit had huge hole exposing the outside elements.

After loading my climate controlled unit with all my belongings, I look up to find a giant hole I could see right out from. How can the unit be climate controlled when it's contents are exposed to the elements? I brought it up with the general manager who told me there was nothing they could do at the moment, and that I would have to wait 3 to 5 business days for the hole to be fixed. I'm not happy one bit.

I was desperate to get a unit right away. The manager was efficient and responsive. and kind. I love the unit although a bit pricey. but thank you.

It is a nice storage facility. I only wish they had dolls, hand trucks or 'u boats' to move my items down the hall to the unit.

Very helpful staff. Good price but it's a little out of the way which balances out. The facility is clean and well maintained and they just put in a new, crisp camera unit which is great for security.

It was a great experience. Quick and efficient. I would use this facility again and recommend it to family and friends. Easy and accessible, I feel my property is safe and secure. I can easily get to my property quickly. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Thanks again!
