I just wanted to let you know that while searching for a storage unit, I went on line and and noticed sale prices for units reserved or purchased. So, I selected 5 locations 1 in Hauppauge, Bayshore, Smithtown and 2 in Nesconset. I visited all 5 location and viewed the available units for location; 1st or 2nd floor, inside or outside, climate control, cleanliness and security. I spoke to sales personnel or managers at each location. I selected your facility due largely to your employee, Shak (assist-manager) . Not only was he knowledgeable and personable . But, he made a professional presentation and appearance and the facility was in tip top shape.

Overall I had a good experience with public storage the manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. The location was very clean and we'll lit and very convenient to get in and out of. The only thing I wasn't happy with is the fact that on the website it gives you the rental prices and the total that is due at the time of rental but when you get there they tell me that I need to buy a mandatory insurance policy. They should have that information on the website so people know before hand.

Public Storage - Nesconset

So far the process has been easy and fast. Reserved unit on line and made the process faster at check in. Bought lock at same time. Slight hitch 1st day of trying to get into locker. Got there at 9:15 am but unable to have my code work. Manager came to work on time (9:30 am) and system was down, gave me temp access code and I was on my way. Luckily I didn't get there at 6 am. All in all I am very happy so far. Everyone I have come in contact with has been friendly and informative.

I have been storing here for 4 years now. I have seen nothing but smiling faces. Great service and experienced workers. All I have to say is I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Today was my first time at public storage and I spoke with Jizelle. She helped me with pricing and also helped find the correct space, unfortunately they didn't have it available but she was a sunshine on a cloudy day. I hope to store here sometime soon. I will be back in the near future
