clean. manager helpful and knowledgeable. easy registration. Girl on phone said 6 months before increase, manager said 2 months or less. One increase per year supposedly.

The customer service is excellent. We had an issue because we apparently did not book a drive up unit. The customer service agent helped us out right away, found us a drive up unit at the the same price as the inside unit.

I looked at a lot of storage unit for best price and cleanliness. By far this one stood out to me. Once I got there I was very happy. I wish I could remember the gentlemanﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s name that helped me, he was friendly and helpful.

Claude was very professional. He was quick & very efficient.

This was a quick and easy rental. Nice unit. Moved right in with no issues. Claude answered all questions asked offering any supplies I might need.

Make sure you have the proper insurance certificate

I had an insurance certificate from my carrier, they would not accept it and I had to pay for there insurance. I proved my insurance was enforced and they will only credit your account. No refund. Also they charge extra for longer hours of use. Just not a good way to start a relationship.

Unit is spacious enough for our needs. Wished the stairway door would lock so only members can get in.
