Great facility, needs some COVID preparedness

Hi, The units are clean and I like having the ability to get in at my convenience but in the week I've been a customer, a few things have happened that are disappointing. On Wednesday, the garage door was open all day. I went in at 830 and get unsafe given the door never closed. Further, Thursday there were a lot of people there, including a moving company. Not a single person wore a mask. The state guidelines continue to tell residents to wear masks and yet no one at the facility (except employees) had them on. There are also no signs posted... it would be appreciated and proper protocol to enforce mask wearing in the building, especially when others are losing and unloading their vehicles.

Customer service was good. Pricing was fair. They have big elevators and carts that you can push to help you move. Overall I am very satisfied.
