Price is acceptable and comparable! Facility is clean! Assistant manager - Kiomedard is very friendly and professional, he showed us few difference size of units before we made a decision. No obligation! Keep it up please! We moved in during the holidays! Place is safe.

Everything went smoothly and easy.

Everything was explained in detail and was even given the option to upgrade to a larger unit if the one reserved was to small

Price quoted online was half of the price it actually cost

Customer service rep Dre was very helpful took the time to walk me through the facility and explain everything. Unfortunately the price I was quoted online for the same unit was double when I got there and I wasn't told about the mandatory insurance fee that is monthly.

I will recommend the Life Storage to my friends.

Every storage company hired employees like at Life Storage. When I'm spending my hard earned money I WANT EMPLOYEES that are Professional, Polite, Informative and those who go above and beyond. I'am a real customer that NEVER EVER leaves reviews but I was so impressed with first ALBERT, who answered my 100 questions "Sorry Alert рџ¤—" but I Love Love Love my stuff. And he also patiently went over the Entering and storing process. Then the very next day DANEIL was SO EXTREMLY helpful with my misplaced key situation. For a young person he was my hero for the day рџ¤—рџ¤— рџ¤—. THANK YOU SO MUCH DANIEL.... You did all you could do....I appreciate that so much.
