    Horrible customer service

    I got a reservation from SpareFoot.com for 10/31/23 for a specific price. I was told by both the employee and manager that they would not honor the rate despite seeing the reservation email from SpareFoot.con and speaking with a representative from SpareFoot. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll NEVER use this facility. Horrible and short sighted customer service.

    Quick easy and fast

    Staff was courteous and friendly. Half star taken off for presence of rodents but none seen. Space is clean and facility was spotless. Staff was happy and willing to show all siZes and took the time to explain billing, use, access. Highly recommended.
