    Pricey but seems ok otherwise.

    Had things moved into storage a few days ago. I selected this facility since itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s closest to my co-op Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m in the process of emptying. It appears clean, lighting is good and I have room in my unit to move about and comfortably go through things and determine what Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll keep and whatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s to be discarded.

    I was not asked if I needed insurnace and was charged for it. When I realized it I provided a copy of renters insurance the following day. My request for a credit of the insurance fee was denied. Not good customer service.

    review white plains location

    my daughter has just finished her first year of law school, so needless to say, we have been using storage facilities for 6 years. the white plains location, in my opinion, was the best we have used! friendly service, offering us beverages, taking us personally to the unit and having dollies available for our use. i will be using them for the next 2 years while my daughter is still in school!
