Move-in was easy. The unit was as advertised. The free moving truck was a huge help. Would definitely recommend.

It’s pretty good

Paperwork takes some time. I wanted to be on the first floor because the other floors are a bit spooky. The unit on the first floor however, is much smaller than the basement floor. The units on the first also have wooden floors whereas the basement is cemented. The basement one was much bigger but had a huge poll in the middle of the floor. I got $5 off for one huge poll. I took the room not because of the $5 off, but because of the cemented and bigger room. If it had any furniture, it wouldn’t fit.

Easy and Quick!

This Cube Smart location was great. They called at the time I booked to see if I had any questions, and followed up with a call as a reminder of my reservation. I went in, they showed me around, and I was moved in within minutes. Super easy! Reps at desk were helpful and friendly.

The women that assisted me were very nice, fun, and welcoming! I could have gotten a better deal somewhere else but the staff was worth the extra price! They made my experience amazing and they all deserve a raise. Even the gentleman on duty that helped me store some things. FIRST CLASS! I'm an operations manager at a 5 star hotel in Manhattan, so I look for customer service first where ever I go, I walked into the location with a backwards hat and sweats and was treated like I was running for president...... Was very impressed!

The obtaining of unit was done very professionally. On a subsequent visit to put some items in my unit, I found the staff a little rude and unhelpful.

More attentive to customers

I had not problem getting my cubical. Many places I checked out had aloof people on duty, talking to friends on the phone while I waited for them to give me prices.. keep up the good work. Never had to pay a $12 insurance before at other places though.

Well Kept, Safe Facility

This storage facility was very clean and seemed to be well kept and maintained. The hallways are well lit and easily accessible from the entrances. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were eager to make sure I was satisfied with my unit and their services. I would recommend this facility to others.

The hours are helpful only to the company and not the customers

Misleading!

CubeSmart's so-called promotions are misleading because they don't tell you that you MUST buy their insurance and you MUST buy their lock. Additionally, they have an "administrative fee" when you register so they are getting their money right back. They are no cheaper than anywhere else and the agents are rude and impatient.
