    Signed agreements online; easy. Brought a lock and moved in. Looks good. Easy to find. No problems.

    Safe, worth the money, easy

    The move in process was super smooth and beforehand, I had an easy time connecting with the staff. I appreciated how everything before move in was online and was explanatory. I’d definitely recommend this. I took the 5x10 unit and it was more than enough space for my dorm room items!

    I can't get hold of anyone and no one is around

    I got another storage unit and no one seems to be able to help me figure out what happen. I got notification I had unit 212. But they have no information.
