Easy to maneuver.

The office was very helpful and efficient. The facility was easy to check in, unload, and find our unit. Coming from a somewhat country setting to downtown Brooklyn was intimidating and we were nervous about using a storage unit. This place made it simple and easy. It was a great relief as we pulled away, knowing how easy it had been. Thank you.

I recieved excellent service when coming to buy my storage space.

I went here at least 5 times buying supplies for a big move. Nakia and Katiria were EXTREMELY helpful and nice. I would drive from east village all the way to downtown Brooklyn just to buy my supplies there. Amazing customer service.

Nakia was most helpful with making my transfer between existing and new storage unit smooth and easy, and had fantastiv patience with all my weird questions. I highly recommend her for her friendliness, and professional manner!

Lost my Storage Virginity to the Best :)

This is the first time I've ever needed to use a Storage Facility and I gotta say I was pleasantly surprised. Adriana was the property manager on duty and she was very professional, patient, and helpful. I was so impressed I sent a e-mail giving her a review and I also posted a glowing review on Yelp. I depend on it for most of my searches.

Courteous, helpful staff, clean secure location

This is my second unit I have rented from Public Storage at this location. The staff have in every instance been helpful and courteous. Location is clean, well maintained and secure. I would not hesitate to recommend this storage facility to anyone.
