Move in

My move-in date was 7/3/2024. I couldn't load the moving truck in time so I changed the date to 7/4/2024 after confirming with Marc at SpareFoot that it will be open on 4th of July. Apparently the SpareFoot wasn't the right one to confirm and the location was closed, so I just waisted my time and money and finally moved in the next day.

Great deal for a large unit in NYC

Wonderful opportunity to get storage in a large, grow into, unit with natural light and high elevation. Staff were friendly and helpful answering my questions.

Great space, great team

I was hesitant to choose a storage unit for the first time but Brooke and her team made it a great experience. I feel very safe walking around the facility, even at night. The team stands at the ready able to help with all your needs, which was very reassuring for me. Some good promos on pricing options and theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re pretty up front on all the add ons.

Had trouble registering online but phone support walked me through the entire process. Once there, I asked the office for help and was looked after with friendly end-to-end service.

Great storage unit

My storage unit is big enough for all my belongings the only minus is that it is on top and the ladder is not hi enough to completely reach the storage

Storage next to Bugatti showroom

We moved in some storage bins from home, and accidentally left our hand truck at the driveway when we left. When we return for another drop, the people working there told us they found it later and are keeping it in the office for us to pick up.

Clean, Concise and Congenial

I was greeted upon entering with a smile and although the agent, Joe, was on his third day of employment; he was very friendly, efficient and thorough. I've lived in NYC for 25 years and have had other storage units at other facilities and LifeStorage exceeds all their competitors in all categories. Great job!!

Clean friendly and convenient

Check in was very easy. Margaret in the office explained us the procedures and showed our unit. All works as expected, the facility is new and clean.

Way easier than expected

Recommend this facility for sure! However seems like I got less of a good promotion by going through spare foot than I would have by calling the facility directly, which was a bummer.
