While I am very happy with my new storage space, and the monthly rate, I am a bit unhappy about the lack of parking. I have to park a block awa from the building. Fortunately, I invested in a folding cart which makes it easier to transport boxes. Philip Harwood

My experience was great and easy

My experience was great and easy, thanks to the onsite manager, Taylor who was very knowledgeable and helpful.

TJ was extremely helpful, kind, and professional. Clean and neat space. Company charges full month even if you only need a week or so into the next month, boo!

The office and storage areas were clean and well maintained. Customer service was outstanding, both Gianna and Dakeem both took care of me and understood my needs. Both were very thorough going over all aspects of the contract and operation of the facilities. Job well done!

GIANNI WAS WONDERFUL. Very, very helpful. Answer all question before I could even ask them. She ensure I knew how to get around the property and how to work the locks. She also was proactive with ensuring i still wanted my unit. Thank you GIANNI for great customer service.
