    I think you and the location managers...

    I think you and the location managers are doing a great job during this pandemic. Looking out for the renters and ensuring public storage does what it needs to do to help the renters. I am happy but I never give top ratings not even to myself. Keep up the good worlk

    Good but ...

    I made a reservation then shortly thereafter received a voicemail message indicating that space was limited and I should consider coming in sooner. Tried to return call twice ... no answer. Showed up unannounced at facility to secure space and process lease. Still puzzled as to why a reservation isn't really a reservation ...

    Nesconset

    The manager onsite was great. The units were great, but the 10 x 20 isn't 20". It's 17'8", which makes a difference. You have to take insurance which adds at least $11 to the unit. The exit at the Nesconset location needs a landscaper desperately. The bushes hang over and scratch your car leaving. It's a nice place for what it is, just needs a little TLC outside.

    Today was my first time at public storage and I spoke with Jizelle. She helped me with pricing and also helped find the correct space, unfortunately they didn't have it available but she was a sunshine on a cloudy day. I hope to store here sometime soon. I will be back in the near future
