Tuff move

I had a tuff move from Florida to ny but public storage didn’t make it hard for me to get into my unit with time & precision.I’m very happy just what I needed and I knew this before I even got to move in .thank you public storage.

Good service okay unit

Customer service very good. Unit itself is not 24 hours and fairly dark with ceiling pipes and wall pipes that do take up a small portion of the volume of the unit.

While I am very happy with my new storage space, and the monthly rate, I am a bit unhappy about the lack of parking. I have to park a block awa from the building. Fortunately, I invested in a folding cart which makes it easier to transport boxes. Philip Harwood

My experience was great and easy, thanks to the onsite manager, Taylor who was very knowledgeable and helpful.

TJ was extremely helpful, kind, and professional. Clean and neat space. Company charges full month even if you only need a week or so into the next month, boo!

The office and storage areas were clean and well maintained. Customer service was outstanding, both Gianna and Dakeem both took care of me and understood my needs. Both were very thorough going over all aspects of the contract and operation of the facilities. Job well done!
