financial burden of paying for a LONG TERM storage unit

I have had an ongoing concern for several years. Nobody was able to to be of help until I met Melissa this morning. She understood my problem, and offered to speak with her district manager on my behalf. She did so, and promptly called me back. I was thrilled that she was able to help me!! I am forever grateful to her for being so kind and caring.

Melissa is very kind, courteous, and professional. She was a tremendous help from the first phone call immediately after my online inquiry to the very end in checking out. She made sure that all my needs were met as well as answering my many questions (I ask a lot of them!). The facility was also neat, clean, and well laid out. I would highly recommend anyone considering a storage facility to see Public Storage in Farmingdale at 305 Del Drive. Make sure you speak with Melissa; she is an asset to the company!

My friend rents a unit there and I went with her to set it up. The girl that helped us was named Melissa. She was extremely helpful, sweet and knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend going here and asking for Melissa!

My uncle rents at this location & Melissa has been very helpful everytime we went into the office this weekend!

Love the staff at Public Storage property 29142. They keep the property clean and I've never had any problems with my belongings being kept there. Kristy, Amanda and Dawn always greet me by name every month that I go in to pay my bill. That means alot to a customer!!! And the storage price per month is also a plus!!! :)

My family has stored at a few Public Storage places on the Island. I pay my moms storage bill here every month and the staff is great always there when we need them. Thank you ladies!

Due to some very quick unfortunate events, I had to move into public storage. Thankfully the employees were very respectful, friendly, knowledgable and upbeat. Storing my life temporarily at this location was by far one of the most pleasant experiences that I had in that brief trying period. Thank you Kristy and Dawn. Wonderful staff and clean space.

The Public Storage reps who initially helped me reserve a unit at the 305 Del Drive, Farmingdale, NY location in last month were the nicest girls I have ever met (I think the names were Kristi and Dawn, not sure). Kristi walked me through every detail of the contract and instructions for how to access my unit, the hours of availability, etc. Both were so professional and courteous that I wish I could let their DM know personally that these girls deserve some sort of recognition. In addition, this facility is clean, easy to navigate, and a pleasure to keep my valuables stored. Thank you for a pleasant experience : ) A Happy Customer

Friendly staff, clean units and competitive price. My only issue with the place is that the 'carts' are locked down in the middle of the building, and you have to get the key from the front desk, and my rented unit is in the rear of the building, so basically, I have to walk back and forth the whole place just to use the cart (get the key, get the cart, use it, return & lock cart, than return key). They need to have a better system, or have carts available in the rear section of the building.

the service from public storage was great, I previously went to a competitor an hour earlier and walked out
