The storage place is fine, clean. Front desk service was great. The only problem I had is that there were no carts to help you move your stuff in. I've used other storage places and there were always multiple carts right by the entrance to your building for you to use.

The manager was very pleasant until I signed the contract. Upon moving in I wanted to use the 2 available moving carts. I was told I could only use one cart/dolly as per customer policy even though it was 1/2 hour before closing and the second cart remained locked up and unused. I was also charged 20.00 for a three dollar lock, and the manager was very pushy with the up-sale items such as boxes, blankets, bubble wrap, moisture control devices, etc. I was also shocked that my 10x10 storage unit has no roof. Anybody can climb over the walls during off hours and rummage through my things. I'm stuck now because I'm not moving twice, but I would never use Public storage again.

This storage company was an excellent experience for my storage needs. The individual who assisted me, Paul, was very professional and helpful in helping me by assessing my space needs and giving me the correctly sized unit. The prices were extremely competitive, I was lucky enough to get a Labor Day discount. The storage supplies for sale were very useful as well. The storage security is top notch and the unit was climate controlled. The hours are very reasonable for access but also for security purposes. I can't recommend this company enough for storage needs.

I came with at least ten questions after wanting to get a new unit (and eventually move out of another spot). I was met by Elaine and Leesa, and they answered every question intelligently and with a smile. The unit is very clean and secure. I'm very happy so far with my new unit - and the women who work there have been very nice!

Very friendly staff here. My friend needed recommendations on movers and places to donate their things. They gave us a bunch of business cards for movers and where to donate our stuff. Elaine and Ryan made it very simple and stress free for them.

Have stored many time before, staff today was very helpful, store and space very clean. Recommend this facility as leesa and Elaine are very helpful and kind
