Great customer service by transit system

false addvertising that had costed me money i have video proof

they say they you have untill 9pm if you leave your card on file and the codes stop working 10- 15 mins prior to 9pm this forced me to leave my stuff in a uhaul on the street over nite becouse i planed for 9 and the people i hired for that day i had to pay for an addtional day. this is false advertising that cost me money out of pocket in truck and labor cost. making my move that much more annoying and stressfull

I would say this was the best experience Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve ever had. It was fast I came in lady introduced herself gave me a tour showed the unit and paper work was less the a 10 mins processes. I definitely would recommend this storage to anyone thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s looking for one.

Impressive move-in

It took a while to find my reservation, but everyone at the front desk was gracious and patient. I was led to the storage unit to view it before signing the paperwork. Everything went smoothly and I would definitely recommend Prime for small or large storage needs.

Jadira helped us out and was super helpful into showing us unit sizes and knowing which unit would be best for us. It was a quick process from start to finish with no hassle. The location is nice and was crowded that day but still was easy to get unloaded and moved in. The place is also clean and doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t feel dirty.

I was searching for a storage company with a reputable name, accountable security and affordable pricing when a friend suggested Prime. This was one of the best decisions I've made. The process was easy and the customer service was top notch. Thanks to Christine * (sp) who thoroughly explained the process and had a welcoming attitude from start to end. Easy Access to Store Your Item

Spacious storage selections in a well kept environment. Temperature control of the facility is kept at a reasonable setting for what ever a person may have in storage. Each area seem to be very well lighted for anyone to see the condition of their items stored. The staff is very helpful when it comes to your concerns and very clear on explaining the prices and size of what ever unit a person may be looking for.

Clean and spacious

Beautiful facility, the only issue was I paid for a year in advance and I received an e-mail saying that my rental will be increased 4 months in. Needless to say, customer service was contacted. Customers who take their hard-earned money to pay in advance shouldn't have to worry about an increase, especially before their time.

Too expensive

The storage is too pricey for me. However, the storage company should give customers 24 hour access. Also, customers shouldn't have to mail a letter 2 weeks prior to moving out.

Love how they named the ilse with names of Bklyn streets

Price Hike within a short time frame

When I initially signed up for storage the location was pretty cleaned and organized. I started out with a deal of one month free. Within 6 months the storage fee was increased by $20. I feel as though this is a high increase within a short amount of time. We are still in the mist of a pandemic and to raise cost so quickly was unfair. Due to this I will be looking for another company to store my items.
