Fast, friendly service, convenient, clean, and $250 cheaper than cube smart on Broadway and Kosciusko I was paying $462/ month for 10x10 unit which was robbery plus the staff was very rude! Happy to store my belongings at th his facility.

A good value but not fully matching expectations

I was told that my unit was a climate controlled unit on the first floor and yet, management did not let me know that my unit was not on the first floor and that I had to climb to it in order to store my belongings. I was a bit unhappy and it caused added stress.

Good overall experience

The experience of reserving the space and then going in to actually claim it were all pretty simple. I actually wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t able to move in on my original reservation date, but I called the facility ahead of time and they were able to hold the reservation for me until I was ready. The only downside, in my opinion, is that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not a 24hr location. The price is well worth what Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m getting though, and other places charge so much more for the unlimited access. Dawn was very helpful and made sure I was set up and good to go w my unit
