Elevator trouble

The elevators seems to have some trouble. One never worked, and the other one would close immediately after we got it open. It would force close on us as we were moving our cart out. Also wouldn’t shut at times…. Very difficult to work with. Added time to the move. The security code on the elevator also wasn’t working.

The best, great staff, & affordable

I was at public storage, the are the worst. If this was a game of chess. CubeSmart would be a king and Public Storage a Pond. I cannot say it better, your the best.

Good Value Storage

Not fancy, difficult to navigate , but clean with a very nice staff. Don’t expect bells and whistles, but you don’t pay for them.

terms of contract unfair to customer

The service provided was amazing. Ivy is 10 plus in her customer service assistance. I was only puzzled about the increase the facility can do at will within the first 6 months of contract. It feels SO VERY wrong. It has forced me to pay in advance to avoid the fee. Super unfair.

Quick and simple with good service

I initllaity thought moving my stuff into storage was going to be a nightmare. I found a few places around the city that were overpriced and in the middle of nowhere, then I found CubeSmart. It was less then 20 minutes from my place, a good size, and totally affordable. With a quick call a customer service representative answered all of my questions and held a unit for me that I sheninformed me would not be rented out until I came to look at it. When I did come in the unit was spotless and we got a great deal. Wonderful customer service, great location, and great price. There's not much more you can want.

Glad I found them

Cube smarter gave me a great deal and the staff where so friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained. I feel safe knowing that my items are safe there.

Storage space

Nice place, hard to find the entrance to it on foot, but the people were really nice.

A consider CubeSmart to be a clean and well administrated alternative to one's storage needs. Longer hours would be extremely helpful (10pm) even if the rates went up reasonably. Most working people can get to their storage till after 5 or 6.

Offers a great deal on storage for a quality unit. As with many storage units, some hidden terms (insurance, undisclosed restrictions on the 'free' move in). However generally very pleasant to deal with but with variation between some of the managers. Security looks good on the surface but it's a little bit of a facade. Units are relatively clean though some are better than others.
