The access code I was given didn't work.

I reserved online and got an access code to the facility, but it didn't work. I got there shortly before the office closed for the day. Luckily the servicewoman was there and she gave me a different code that worked. If she hadn't been there, I wouldn't have been able to get in. She was very helpful

They run a tight ship, very clean and secure facility. They could use a few more trolley's at the Danbury, Ct. facility. Hey Nobody's perfect, but the do a great job at the Danbury faciilty.

Called from Nashville TN to the Danbury...

Called from Nashville TN to the Danbury CT Public Storage reserved a unit for my hole house. The lady from Danbury called me several times on my way up to check in and make sure we were going to arrive on time. We arived on time and got settled into our unit fast with the help of local dalancy street movers. All in all the hole experience was fast and easy.

I have been storing at this Facility for years. I have received great customer service from Eileen Suzanne and Christina. The facility is clean and well lit I have no billing issues, Auto pay is a great way to go. Jessica the DM runs a ship shape operation. I feel safe being here at my unit as a single woman . All employees are very helpful.

This property has the most wonderful customer service; Suzanne, in particular, could not have been more helpful when I needed help with my account or box purchases!

Great facility I came to see storage for my mother and the ladies in the office are outstanding and helpful. I will definitely be back in January.
