Convenient location, enclosed building

The flatbed carts are difficult to navigate. I don’t think the handles are always on the correct end. Wheel locks don’t always work.

I highly recommend this facility. It is clean and secure.

My only concern is that my storage unit door does not close completely at the top. It is a bit bent. The carts are also older and difficult to navigate. All in all it was very easy to make a reservation, obtain the access code and move in on the day that was desired. Renee (in the office) was very helpful.

Moving here from out of state, I chose this storage facility sight-unseen. It exceeded my expectations in every way. The store manager, Renee, was also very helpful. I highly recommend this facility.

This a clean storage facility

When I moved down from NH I needed a storage facility and found Life Storage. The staff were always helpful and I’ve not regretted storing here. The facility is very well kept up and clean. If I had but one complaint, it would be that no dumpsters are available for trash. Still, I would not leave my belongings anywhere else.

Very convenient

The staff are quite helpful and the facility very clean and easy to navigate. The trolleys make it a simple matter to move heavy items to and from the loading zone. I wish the hours of operation/access were longer though.

great experience all around. shopped ar and they had best price and a primotio for 2nd monrh half off. ladies in tbe office are great customer svc reps. the facility is clean and secure.

after a lot of shopping around, chose uncle bob's. so price was better than anywhere else nearby. experience in the office was great. pattie showed me a couple of units so i could choose which i liked best. then she was quick and proficient with the paperwork. she is a great employee who takes her job very seriously. you are lucky to have her and have her representing your company.
