Extra Space Storage - 3934 - Tonawanda - Colvin Blvd

Not what I expected

I chose this facility and paid more because it's climate controlled. My storage unit had water in it on the one side which is concerning. The manager tried to use a machine to get rid of some of it but it wasn't working well. My movers used their moving wraps to soak up as much as possible. The manager gave me plastic which was nice of him. But I'm still nervous about my stuff getting ruined by water even though we put down plastic. I did not ask for a different unit because I was at my 3 hour mark with my movers and the next hour would have cost me another $150, which I do not have. The manager did ask to have one of my keys and said he'd check on it periodically so hopefully everything will be ok.
