    Great place.

    I've had a unit here for about seven years. The staff is super friendly and always responds quickly to my questions. I feel safe here. The grounds and interior is well kept and well lighted. I would recommend this facility very highly.

    Stored Abandoned Vehicles

    The stored ABANDONED vehicles at the ends of the storage units make it almost impossible to turn the corners with a uhaul truck. You can tell they are abandoned and should be removed. It would be a good storage place if not for that.

    Good Location

    I found StorWise the most affordable and convenient, for me. Customer Service was great, unit clean. However, I just see notice, that the same unit is $5 cheaper than I am paying and was quoted, in just 6days of possessing the unit!

    UNKEPT

    Lights in hallway burned out, did not have storage space I rented when arrived at the office. Dirty! Lights in the units stay on for 90 seconds and then go off -- jumping up and down does not help even though on a motion detector. People living in units and hang out all day in hallways.

    Storage shortage in Reno

    Wow, the place looks like a dump yard. A woman was living in the hallway. Broken down vehicles all over the property! The units are cement vaults that are in need of repair- the prices are gouging for what the property offers. The only thing that is good is the wonderful woman working the desk! Thank you.

    Good Pricing, Big Unit

    Was looking for a cheap storage unit after UNR switched to online classes and I had to move all my stuff out of the dorms. Found this place, and their rates were cheaper than other places and the storage unit I got (7x10') is pretty big for the price. They also do some pretty good deals, like buy 2 months get the 3rd free.

    Excellent Experience

    Good experience so far. Found this unit online but went to office to rent unit and the price listed online was not the actual price per month but they did rent for the price advertised. Now that I’m moved in I expect they will raise the price. I don’t like bait and switch tactics. It’s dishonest.
