    Great overall experience during the check-in process with Cassidy, who did an amazing job, considering she was still in training. Her co-worker who was coaching her was great, as she had a very patient and encouraging attitude in her coaching, add to that the fact that both had a very warm disposition which made the entire process a very positive experience. Thank you!

    Excellent overall experience

    Customer service representative are friendly. They are willing to answer numerous questions and I didn't feel any hint of impatience. The storage compound and the storage unit itself are clean. Location looks secure. Drive paths are spacious. We're happy utilizing Public Storage.

    I have found them very nice, and helpful. I broke my key off in the lock for unit. Roger was so nice, he took his tools and got the broken piece out of lock. I was happy I didn't have to buy another lock. Above and beyond duty.
