    Packed full of service.

    The friendly, courteous, helpful staff were so great. They packed all the info and rules into a quick brief sitting. You won't feel boxed in when signing your contract. Move on over to storage west and let them hoard your "treasures".

    Very friendly

    Don't stay in gate past closing, they don't make sure everyone is out before disabling pin pad, so you get locked "IN"! Called manager(God forbid they have a life you know), but ended up having to call the emergency gate number in order to get out. That's my only complaint. My fault to be there after close though. Suggest they check security cameras to be sure everyone's out before disabling the pin pad. Otherwise... Are very friendly, courteous, and clean place.
