    Public storage at Brush and Charleston is a very clean and organized facility. I'm happy I made the right decision by choosing public storage. The customer service clerk is wonderful. Great customer service.

    The staff are extremely friendly

    Booked my spot with Sparefoot and then spoke with the manager and he was extremely helpful. Then when I went to sign the contract and move into my parking spot, the staff was extremely helpful and kind as well!

    Awesome service from there. The guy that worked there was named Eric I think but he was very proffessional and efficient. Got me everything I needed to rent a storage unit. The property was very clean and neat as well. Great experience overall. I'll make sure to let anyone I know that needs a storage unit to come here.

    I was here a couple days ago and the service was great. Eric, I believe is his name, was a huge help. He made sure all my questions were answered and gave me a great price! It was just what I was looking for! The place was clean and I would definelty recommend this location!!

    Needed to move ASAP as a family member had been involved in a really bad rollover accident. I placed my reservation online for two days out. With my work schedule I was unable to go in the day I wanted to move my belongings so I went a day early and had no problems. The property manager was very helpful and polite and verified the unit I picked would be big enough for all my belongings. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything I didn't need or want. Thank you public storage for making this move one of the easiest in this hard time my family is having.
