    Returning phone call

    I'm very pleased with the gentleman that returned my calls. He was polite and helpful. He explained why my calls had not been answered and apologized for the misunderstanding I had. Thank you very much.

    Can never get anyone to answer phone

    We have been trying to get a hold of someone all day bon Monday. Made a reservation nobody was there. Been up and calling every 30 minutes since 7am. Made another reservation again nobody answered phones or in office all day. Even left messages.

    Reserved online gentleman running the place was great

    Reserved online called to see about appointment next morning and the gentleman running the place was great. He was super helpful quick and easy to understand. Price is fair after promotion.

    I would recommend to anyone coming to or is in carlsbad new mexico.

    Good customer service. The only thing it's a tight fit if you need to get a trailer in and out of the facility other than that the units are nice and the price is good!

    Good option for storage in the Carlsbad area.

    A little disorganized they put me in a unit that was already in use but they were quick to fix the error and assign me a empty unit.

    Always closed

    I've gone to the storage unit a couple of times and no one is every there the doors are locked I've called left messages and no one returns my calls I moved in 2 months ago there was a person there then, they were running a special at the time and now I have to pay them! I don't have checks and they have no website to pay your storage fees with a credit card! Im very disappointed ready to remove my things and go elsewhere!ЁЯЩБ

    It's a clean, and our stuff is safe. Its a little tight fit getting in and out, but over all a good place.
